As Product Manager at MedBridge, we are involved in every aspect of the product development process from initial concept to launch. We are a collaborative team that works across all the departments within MedBridge and are responsible for mobilizing resources within the company to deliver the right product at the right time. We are master influencers, collaborators, and problem solvers and are passionate about good products. We are quick thinkers, have a strong empathy for the customer and an unrelenting sense of urgency.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the roadmap, planning, and prioritization of integrations work, in close collaboration with the engineering lead
  • Serve as the bridge between the development team and the rest of the organization and our clients to drive product vision and provide product training
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management on implementing new integrations, including project planning and coordination with clients
  • Develop detailed product requirements and translate into user stories in collaboration with the engineering team
  • Work closely with external partners on new integrations, including technical planning and requirements
  • First line of support in implementation and ongoing integrations, helping to investigate reported problems and triage for further development work when needed

About you:

  • You’ve done this before! You have 2 - 4 years of agile software product management and have demonstrated successfully product development, from ideation to launch, ideally with a focus on data integration using common web and healthcare APIs,  Data Synchronization, and Single Sign On methods.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and implications of product decisions as they fit into a Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • A master communicator, able to work with widely different clients and teams across the company and "translate" information between these groups.
  • A natural leader. You feel confident in taking a leadership role in connecting and advancing our enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Not only comfortable with ambiguity, but you can function at a high-level regardless.
  • Extremely strong analytical skills - able to provide creative solutions to complex problems within our integrated product suite.
  • Big-picture vision, with the drive and attention to detail that transforms that vision into a reality.
  • Ability to manage a high number of ongoing tasks and maintain an awareness of the current status for each project.
  • You enjoy being able to stay up-to-date on the healthcare and tech industries to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
